As a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization, NHSIE depends on funding through grants and contracts, sponsorships, fund raising events, and individual contributions in order to continue to keep our comprehensive programs and services available to community residents who want to learn how to maintain their current home, and to those who dream of owning their first home. Our services are free or low cost – making it possible for low income residents to contribute to the community sustainability that keeps home values up and assures a better quality of life for everyone.
