NHSIE’s Construction and Home Repair department offers homeowners access to quality construction services aiming to ensure residents live in safe, affordable homes that are in compliance with locally adopted housing standards. Our services are intended to reduce future maintenance costs, increase home values and enhance neighborhoods.
NHSIE purchases and rehabilitates blighted properties and makes them available for sale to first-time homebuyers.
NHSIE partners with local municipalities in the Inland Empire (as funds are available) to offer home repair grants/loans for low-income homeowners.
