Online Homebuyer Education can be completed online, in English or Spanish. You can proceed at your own pace, start and stop at your convenience until the 8-hour course is completed.
Once you have completed the online course, call NHSIE 909-884-6891 to schedule your follow-up appointment. Upon the completion of the follow-up appointment, NHSIE will provide your certificate.
Before taking the online course, please verify that your lender and the program in which you are applying for down payment assistance will accept the online certification and do not require the in-person 8-hour class.
